Both membership tiers and one-time requests benefit our clients in different capacities. one-time requests are for clients who only need sporadic tasks completed whereas members take advantage of the consistent on-call support RR+ provides throughout the entire year, saving them serious money on their administrative support and our vendor/partner connections.

For over a decade, I’ve worked as a trusted personal consultant, casting and producer for some of the coolest Creative directors, entrepreneurs, and legacy brands in creative arts and business.

I earn trust through consistency, clear communication, and an instinct for quickly finding the right people and resources.

My approach is intentional, always moving with the natural rhythm of my clients rather than forcing rigid systems that add more stress. As a dancer at heart, I bring movement, intuition, and flow into how I organize my clients’ projects, making even complex tasks feel simple, energizing, and fun.

I lead the RR+ team with that same collaborative mindset that clients rely on. With the RR+ team, you’re never doing it alone. You’re gaining a trusted partner who treats your goals like their own and shows up ready to execute it all with ease.

  • RR+ assists with both business and lifestyle needs, including but not limited to:

    • Administrative & production assistance

    • Creative sourcing & vendor coordination

    • Event production & entertainment casting

    • Styling, merch, props, and custom assets

    • Travel & itinerary planning (local or global)

    • Behind-the-scenes logistics so everything runs seamlessly

  • Services are managed by Rising Rhythm’s intimate experienced team, with direct founder involvement.


  • We provide both remote and in person ongoing assistance.

  • Yes. Every client completes a consultation to clarify goals and ensure RR+ Creative Concierge is the right fit before moving forward.

    Each new RR+ member is required to complete a consultation with Jessica, either in person or virtually, to ensure alignment and determine if the partnership is a good fit.

    • Once accepted, a deposit (one month, 6 month or 12-month deposit) is required to secure your membership. full fee of one-time request will be due to complete request.

  • One-time requests allow clients to work with RR+ Creative Concierge on a case-by-case basis, paying a commission per service booked instead of a monthly retainer.

  • RR+ Creative Concierge Membership Options

    All retainers include concierge access, consulting, sourcing, and coordination.

    Monthly Retainer

    • $1,500/month

    6-Month Retainer

    • $1,200/month (-$300)

    12-Month Retainer

    • $100/month (-$500)

    One-Time Requests

    • Commission-based per service booked

    • One time project

      Vendor and service costs are billed separately.

  • The retainer tiers cover:

    • Concierge accessibility

    • Vendor sourcing & vetting

    • Consulting & coordination

    • Preparation and logistics support

  • The retainer does not include the cost of vendors, travel, or services booked.

    Accounting and tax preparation is not included. contact a CPA for all financial services.

  • No. Retainers provide access, whether services are used monthly or not. However, at the discretion of your Concierge, they may adjust their services to accomodate more tasks if previous month activity was slow.

  • Definitely. You can switch plans, upgrade, or make changes to your membership anytime. cancellations require a 30 day notice.

  • Monthly Memberships can be changed to a different tier or canceled within a 30-day notice.

    6-month memberships can be changed to a different tier or cancelled after 6 months. Retainer is nonrefundable.

    12- month memberships can be changed to a different tier or cancelled after 12 months. Retainer is nonrefundable.

    You’ll retain full creative concierge access through the end of your current billing cycle. You are eligible for one-time requests at any time with or without a membership.

  • No. All payments, deposits, and retainers are non-refundable and non-negotiable.

  • Yes. After 6 months, members may receive select complimentary services, including coverage of one vendor booking when available and complimentary VIP access to our group events and celebrations.

    As a Rising Rhythm + Elite Member, you receive exclusive access to our Premium Content Days, a curated group experience where members can:

    • Utilize Rising Rhythm resources and business mentorship

    • Collaborate with artists, entrepreneurs, and creatives

    • Create high-quality content for business and lifestyle needs

    • Build community while producing aligned, intentional work

  • If you are an elite member you have priority on-call access our services. Concierge will quickly respond typically within 30 minutes- 2 hours depending on the time of day or night and time zone. We serve all time zones!

    One-time request clients may receive responses within 30 mins-24 hours.

  • Because our work is primarily remote, we are able to serve clients all over the US. Elite members may provide stipends for our team to travel out of state or country to their event location if needed on site.
