Meet Jessica Maria Recinos, CEO
Jessica Maria Recinos is a Salvadoran American multidisciplinary artist and business owner based in San Francisco, CA, with over 13 years of experience in the arts industry. She is dedicated and motivated to help artists lead abundant lives by weaving my diverse artistic disciplines into a thriving arts agency. Rising Rhythm has been widely recognized, with features in esteemed publications and platforms such as KTVU PLUS, Asian Arts Museum Magazine, INSIDER, and PBS's KQED Arts, among others.
Coaching is at the heart of Jessica's mission. She passionately engages with clients, guiding them to discover their natural rhythm and flourish as confident movers and art entrepreneurs. Her approach emphasizes the breakdown of movement and strategies, fostering a transformative journey for her clients.
RR has opened doors to the performing arts for both youth and adults by crafting meaningful brand identities that explore social change and cultural identity through dance, music, visual art, fashion design, and business mentorship.
Beyond her role at Rising Rhythm, Jessica serves as a Global Artist Brand Manager, curating an inclusive and inspiring space where artists can thrive. Her work involves developing artist brand identities that resonate with their voices and values, ensuring that each project celebrates cultural roots. Jessica Maria Recinos, is a pioneering Bay Area 1st Gen Salvadoran multidisciplinary performing artist and Creative Director from San Francisco, California. Her mission is to empower individuals to lead abundant lives through the arts. In 2014, she founded Rising Rhythm, a global artist brand management company offering management and casting opportunities for artists across all genres, including both visual and performing arts. Rising Rhythm provides aspiring artists and professional groups access to high-quality training and management throughout the Bay Area and Beyond.
As a Global Artist Brand Manager, Jessica leads the strategic vision and execution of artists' brands across markets, platforms, and cultures. She manages a globally distributed team committed to outreach and partnerships, fostering sustainable, community-rooted creative businesses.
Her responsibilities include developing artists' brand identities, leading international teams for global bookings, and creating heart-centered partnerships that honor shared values of culture, community, and creativity.
Throughout her 13-year career, Jessica has collaborated with esteemed Companies such as Torani, Yelp, Dutton Films, BAYCAT, Youth Speaks, San Francisco Ballet and more.
During the pandemic, she adapted her programming to online platforms, collaborating with the San Francisco Ballet to create bilingual educational segments for SFUSD and KTVU Plus’ "SF Loves Learning" TV Show. This experience enhanced her skills in creative direction and filmmaking, reaching over 100,000 youth and families worldwide.
Jessica's commitment to arts education, especially for Afro-Latinx youth, aims to inspire future changemakers and arts entrepreneurs. She continues to explore her Salvadoran-Bay Area culture, striving to expand her impact globally while creating systems that support inclusive growth, creative equity, and sustainable income streams for artists.
