For over 15 years, I’ve worked as a trusted curator and producer, casting incredible talent for some of the coolest creative directors, entrepreneurs, and legacy brands in creative arts and business.

I’ve always believed that creativity intersects art, culture, community, and support to actually build something from your ideas.

I started my business as an independent dance artist at 16 years old.

shortly after, I had a dream to create a program where intergenerational artists could access elite performing arts education in inner city communities. That dream initiated my artistic evolution, elevating my work in creative direction, content, branding, mentorship, and community building.

Today, I’m the Founder & CEO of Rising Rhythm, where I bring artists, entrepreneurs, brands, and communities together through global PERFORMING arts education, entertainment, and casting. I earn my client’s trust through consistency, clear communication, and an instinct for quickly finding the right people and resources for their LARGE SCALE PROJECTS.

My approach is intentional, always moving with the natural rhythm of my clients rather than forcing rigid systems that add more stress. As a dancer at heart, I bring movement, intuition, and flow into how I organize my clients’ projects, making even complex tasks feel simple, energizing, and fun.

I help creatives find the people, resources, and opportunities that can help move their company, events and brands forward through my Creative Concierge and Content Day Experiences.

I lead the RR team with that same collaborative mindset that clients rely on. With the RR team, you’re never doing it alone. You’re gaining a trusted partner who treats your goals like their own and shows up ready to execute it all with ease.

My vision has always been centered around building a global community where artists from different backgrounds and disciplines can CONNECT, CREATE, and MOVE around the world with passion and purpose!
